Refund Policy for CATTIX

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, reversals, and transaction cancellations work for CATTIX (the "Service"). If you have any billing questions, contact us at [email protected] if you prefer a dedicated support email).

2. "Delivery" of the Service (Digital Access)

CATTIX is a digital SaaS product. "Delivery" means providing access to the Service in your CATTIX account (subscription activation and feature availability according to your plan).

Access timing: Access is usually activated immediately after successful payment, and no later than 24 hours.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued (full or partial, at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law) in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charge (double transaction, wrong plan charged due to a technical error).

  • Unauthorized transaction, if reported promptly and sufficient details are provided for verification.

  • Service not delivered: access was not activated by us within 24 hours after successful payment (excluding outages, maintenance, or issues caused by the payment provider/bank).

  • Charge after cancellation: a renewal charge occurred after you canceled your subscription before the renewal date due to a technical error.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Used or partially used subscription periods after access has been activated (including "unused days").

  • Non-usage of the Service by the user during an active subscription period.

  • Bank/payment system fees that are charged independently from us.

  • Third-party costs (for example, advertising spend on Google/Meta) that are not payments for CATTIX.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with subject Refund Request and include:

  • Your CATTIX account email

  • Payment date and amount

  • Transaction ID (WayForPay / bank reference)

  • Reason for the refund request

We may request additional information to prevent fraud.

6. Processing Times

Review time: typically up to 5 business days

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3 to 10 business days.

7. Subscription Cancellation (to avoid future charges)

You can cancel your subscription in your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not cancel already paid periods unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may temporarily restrict access during the dispute to reduce fraud risk. We recommend contacting support first to resolve billing issues faster.
