Terms of Service for CATTIX

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by CATTIX ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("user" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
CATTIX provides a platform for managing, analyzing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (and related marketing data) through integrations such as Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.
3. Service Delivery, Order, and Timing (Digital "Delivery")
3.1. Digital delivery
CATTIX is a digital SaaS service. "Delivery" means providing access to the Service and enabling features in your account according to your selected plan.
3.2. Order process
To purchase or activate paid access, you: choose a plan (and any applicable trial), complete payment through our payment provider, receive access in your CATTIX account after successful payment confirmation.
3.3. Delivery time
Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment and no later than 24 hours.
4. Payments and Payment Methods
4.1. Payment provider
Payments are processed via WayForPay (and its supported payment rails).
4.2. Available payment methods
Available methods may include (depending on your bank and WayForPay availability): Visa / Mastercard cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay, other methods shown on the WayForPay checkout page.
4.3. Pricing and plan details
Current prices and plan details are shown on the checkout page or inside the Service and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4.4. Subscriptions and renewals (if applicable)
If you purchase a subscription plan, it may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
5. Refunds and Transaction Cancellations

6. User Accounts and Google OAuth Authorization
Account Creation and Google OAuth
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and authorize CATTIX to access your Google account via Google OAuth. You grant CATTIX permission to access and use data from your Google account, including your email address and Google Ads data, as specified during the authorization process.
Scope of Access
You understand and agree that the scope of access granted to CATTIX through Google OAuth is necessary for the proper functioning of our services.
Revocation of Access
You can revoke CATTIX's access to your Google account and Google Ads data at any time through your Google account security settings. However, revoking access may limit or prevent your use of certain features.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms or revocation of necessary permissions.
7. Use of Google Ads API Data
Data Usage
You authorize CATTIX to collect, store, and use data obtained through the Google Ads API for providing and improving our services, including campaign management, analysis, optimization, and marketing purposes.
Compliance
You agree to comply with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Marketing Usage
You expressly grant CATTIX permission to utilize aggregated and anonymized Google Ads data for marketing analysis, trend identification, and to improve our marketing campaigns and service offerings. This may include creating anonymized case studies and marketing materials.
Data Security
We will store and process Google Ads API data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Use the service to create or promote products that compete with CATTIX.
Collect information from other users without consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by CATTIX, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of CATTIX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATTIX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CATTIX harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website or by other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
